- Must see small patient panel (60-90) and perform Director role \n
- Including direct physician reports (not mid-levels) \n
- Process improvement experience \n
- Join an expanding state-of-the-art senior care practice \n
- Convenient family-friendly location \n
- Staff of talented primary and specialty care physicians \n
- Collaborative and team-based approach to geriatric care \n
- Outpatient only setting with 1:10 or better phone call \n
- Small patient panel to ensure great work-life balance and schedule \n

- Competitive base salary $260,000-$290,000 \n
- 25% Annual Bonus Potential \n
