Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define talent needs for technology roles. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract skilled tech professionals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Utilize recruitment technology and data analytics to optimize recruitment processes. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition efforts. Stay current with technology trends and their impact on talent acquisition. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology recruitment. Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, Data Scientists, DevOps, etc. In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks and recruitment channels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous work environment. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools. Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in hiring. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Experience working within the **Randburg** area or a similar urban tech hub is a plus.
