Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients across the lifespan within underserved community healthcare setting. Opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine within collaborative multidisciplinary care environment. Team-focused clinical structure supporting preventative care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. Built-in administrative time and manageable patient volume designed to support provider balance and quality care delivery. Scenic Northern Arizona location near Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend.

Base Salary: $109,000 $152,000. $7,500 retention bonus beginning second year. Four-day work week. MondayThursday or TuesdayFriday schedule options. No call responsibilities. Built-in administrative time.

Deliver outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within community health environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Maintain evidence-based preventative care and treatment standards. Support underserved and culturally diverse patient populations. Maintain clinical documentation and care coordination workflows.

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) REQUIRED. Arizona license or ability to obtain REQUIRED. Active DEA registration REQUIRED. Current BLS certification REQUIRED. Passion for underserved and culturally diverse communities REQUIRED. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills REQUIRED. Two years ambulatory care experience preferred. Navajo or Spanish language skills preferred.
