Job Description: Design and architect enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool usage. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. Define AI solution architecture, governance, security, scalability, and monitoring standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities. Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows. Lead AI solution design reviews, proof of concepts (POCs), and production deployments. Establish AI engineering best practices, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering standards, and model optimization strategies. Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Required Experience Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of software engineering/AI Engineer or data science experience. 4+ years in GenAI Solution Architecture. . 2+ years designing and deploying Generative AI applications in production. Experience implementing RAG pipelines and enterprise search solutions. Hands-on experience building multi-agent AI systems. Strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning. Experience with cloud-native AI services. Familiarity with responsible AI, governance, and enterprise security. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Copilot ecosystem. Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or AWS Bedrock. Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices. Experience integrating AI with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications. Familiarity with graph databases and knowledge graphs. Contributions to open-source AI projects or technical publications. AI-related certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, or OpenAI ecosystem partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
