Responsibilities:
- Receive verbal phone in orders
- Respond to all written and verbal communications regarding emergency orders, status orders, shortages, shipping errors, price quotes, order tracking, and returns.
- Heavy order entry
- Processing the replacement of products
- Minimum 1-3 years of data entry and customer service.
- Good tenure in previous work history.
- Must be able to type over 40 WPM.
- Technical knowledge regarding parts and their use.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- MS Office proficiency
- M-F / 8 AM - 4:45 PM
