Saconde is a fast-growing luxury resale company specializing in authenticated designer handbags, accessories, watches, and fine jewelry.

We combine luxury retail, live commerce, technology, and trusted authentication to create an exciting and modern way for customers to shop for luxury goods.

As we continue growing our livestream business, we're looking for confident, engaging, sales-driven hosts who can connect with an audience, present luxury products, and turn live viewers into customers.

About the Role

As a Livestream Sales Host, you'll host live shopping shows from our Manhattan studio on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and other live-commerce channels.

You'll present luxury handbags, jewelry, watches, accessories, and other designer pieces while interacting with customers in real time.

The goal is simple: create an entertaining shopping experience, build excitement around the products, answer customer questions, and drive sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable on camera, enjoys fashion and luxury, understands social media, and has strong sales instincts.

What You'll Do

• Host live shopping shows featuring luxury handbags, jewelry, watches, accessories, and designer goods.
• Present products in an engaging, confident, and professional way.
• Talk customers through important product details such as brand, style, condition, material, size, color, features, and price.
• Answer questions from viewers in real time.
• Create excitement around products and help customers feel confident making a purchase.
• Use your own personality, communication style, and sales techniques to keep viewers engaged and drive conversions.
• Handle customer questions and objections during live shows.
• Build rapport with repeat viewers and help grow the livestream audience.
• Keep livestreams entertaining, organized, and moving at a strong pace.
• Work with Saconde's team before streams to understand the products being presented.
• Review product details, pricing, condition information, and availability before going live.
• Properly handle and present high-value luxury merchandise.
• Help moderate livestreams when needed.
• Assist with adding products to the live feed and managing viewer comments during shows.
• Create short-form social media content when included as part of an assignment, including TikTok videos, Reels, product teasers, behind-the-scenes clips, and livestream highlights.

• Is willing to learn about handbags, jewelry, watches, accessories, and luxury resale.
• Understands TikTok, social media trends, livestream culture, and online audiences.
• Is dependable and professional when committing to scheduled streams.
• Can work in a fast-paced live environment.

You don't need to be a luxury expert on day one.

However, you should be excited to learn about brands and products such as Chanel Classic Flaps, Hermès Birkins and Kellys, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, and other luxury designers.

Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Livestream hosting
• TikTok Shop
• Whatnot
• Luxury retail
• Fashion
• Retail sales
• Commission sales
• Social media
• Content creation
• Customer service
• Influencer or creator work
• On-camera presenting

Previous luxury or livestream experience is preferred but not required.

Location - Manhattan, New York City

This is an on-site opportunity.

All livestreams for Saconde must be performed from our Manhattan studio because hosts will be working directly with Saconde's luxury inventory, livestream equipment, and products.

This is not a remote position.

Minimum Commitment

Contractors must be able to commit to a minimum of 3–4 livestreams per week .

Livestream opportunities may be available during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Available stream times will be coordinated with the contractor based on business needs and availability.

Once a livestream is accepted and scheduled, the contractor is expected to attend and complete the agreed livestream.

Compensation

Base Contractor Rate: $30–$35 per service hour

Starting rates are based on relevant experience, livestream ability, sales experience, and qualifications.

Commission

In addition to the base contractor rate, hosts are eligible to earn sales commission based on livestream performance.

Commission rates vary depending on the host's experience, sales ability, performance, and agreed compensation structure.

Experienced and high-performing hosts may qualify for higher commission rates.

The specific commission percentage and commission calculation will be agreed upon in writing before the contractor begins providing services.

Earning Potential

This position offers substantial upside for strong sales performers.

Top-performing hosts may have the potential to earn approximately $150,000–$200,000 per year in total compensation through a combination of contractor service fees and sales commissions.

The $150,000–$200,000 figure represents potential earnings and is not guaranteed compensation .

Actual earnings will depend on factors including:

• Individual sales performance
• Commission rate
• Sales volume
• Number of livestreams completed
• Length of livestreams
• Product mix
• Customer conversion
• Livestream performance

There is no guaranteed minimum level of commissions or annual earnings.

Contractor Details

This opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor engagement and is not an employee position.

Contractors are responsible for their own federal, state, and local taxes and will receive applicable tax reporting documents as required by law.

Contractors do not receive employee benefits solely as a result of this engagement.

Contractors may provide services to other individuals or businesses, subject to applicable confidentiality, trade-secret, intellectual-property, and protection-of-confidential-information obligations.

The contractor relationship, compensation structure, commission terms, payment terms, confidentiality requirements, inventory-handling requirements, intellectual-property rights, and other terms will be included in a written Independent Contractor Agreement.

Independent contractor classification is determined by the actual working relationship and applicable law and is not established solely by this job posting, an agreement, or issuance of a Form 1099.
