To be part of our team - the brains behind the world's leading IT management software - you'll need to be bold, decisive, and have a true desire to partner and collaborate with like-minded, creative colleagues, every single day.**What You’ll Do*** Research and develop innovative new solutions that will help to shape the future direction of Broadcom.* Work within a scrum team in an agile development environment, with an opportunity to gain exposure to many of the key agile roles.* Participate in design and code reviews.* Participate in test plan reviews and develop automated test scripts to deliver high quality software solutions.**What You Need*** Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.* BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.* Prior experience as a developer in VSE, z/VM or z/OS platforms.* Strong Assembler skills.* Knowledge and related product expertise in one or more of the VSE subsystems, POWER and CICS.**Additional skills that will benefit your efforts*** Experience working in mainframe VSE environments - z/VM, VSE JCL.* Experience with mainframe VSE programming languages - Assembler and REXX, VSE macro.Together, we write the code that runs the business world.
