BayCare is looking for its newest Pool Cardiac Admissions and Recovery, RN in Winter Haven, FL. The Pool Cardiac Admissions and Recovery Registered Nurse independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Responsible for professional accountability and development. Fills needs within the department. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Licensure & Certification:

• RN license is required • BLS and ALCS is required

Education: Required Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Experience: Required 18 months Acute Care/Specialty

Facility: BayCare Health System, Cardiac Admissions and Recovery-WHH

Location: Winter Haven

Status: PRN, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 9:30 PM

Shift: Shift 4

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: None

On Call: No
