Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour
• Salary Range: $235,000 - $265,000 annually

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adults and/or families
• Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventative care visits, annual wellness exams, and follow-up appointments
• Develop long-term treatment plans and collaborate with specialists
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational standards
• Support patient education and community health initiatives
• Share on-call responsibilities as assigned

What You Need

• Medical license in Michigan or eligible
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (not requiring re-certification)
• Minimum of 0 years of post-graduate clinical experience
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
