Role and Mission Tri Scapes is seeking an experienced, high performance Landscape Foreman to oversee landscape maintenance operations in the Brunswick, GA area. This working leader will guide field crews in the daily maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of public parks, athletic fields, and facility grounds. The ideal candidate takes pride in public spaces, brings strong leadership to the field, and ensures all operations meet strict safety and quality standards. Duties Lead and supervise daily crew operations for landscape maintenance, grounds care, and facility upkeep across multiple park locations Oversee athletic field preparation, mowing, edging, weed control, and debris removal Schedule daily tasks and ensure efficient completion of work orders according to the municipal contract Maintain accountability for crew safety, ensuring all team members properly use personal protective equipment and operate machinery safely Inspect completed work to maintain the high aesthetic standards required for Johns Creek public spaces Serve as a primary field contact, maintaining professional communication with city representatives and park patrons Manage, inventory, and ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, commercial mowers, trimmers, and other specialized equipment Train and develop crew members, promoting a culture of consistency, mutual respect, and professional excellence Qualifications 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, preferably in parks and rec Stable year round employment Team first culture, opportunities for career growth and advancement Previous management or leadership experience Valid Drivers license and clean MVR What We Offer Competitive Pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, Paid Holidays, and Paid Time Off A team-first environment, with opportunities for growth and development #J-18808-Ljbffr TRI SCAPES LLC
