In this role, the Medical Receptionist will be responsible for delivering a welcoming front-desk experience while managing patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day shift Schedule: Per Diem (Sept 15 to Sept 17 and Oct 27 to Oct 29 and Nov 3 to Nov 5) Hours: 8am to 4pm Setting: Outpatient medical office Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner Answer telephones, take accurate messages, and route communication appropriately Register patients, update demographic information, and verify insurance details Schedule appointments, referrals, follow-up visits, and related outpatient services Support front-office operations, including patient flow, records preparation, and basic cashier duties Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Computer savvy Solid problem-solving and time management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Experience in a Medical Receptionist and/or related role Healthcare scheduling experience Insurance Verification experience MEDENT experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Tandym-Group
