Accounts Payable And Administrative Support

Provides part-time accounts payable and administrative support to the Business Office, ensuring accurate processing and maintenance of financial transactions and records.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Processes invoices and matches documentation to purchase orders.
• Creates payment vouchers in Colleague and maintains supporting A/P records.
• Maintains vendor documentation, including W-9s, credit applications, and tax exemption forms.
• Reviews student accounts for holds prior to refund processing.
• Organizes and files A/P check batches and related documentation.
• Provides general administrative and mail support for the Business Office.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of post-secondary training or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• One (1) year of related office, bookkeeping, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
