The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, educational environment for infants, toddlers, and preschool children. This role focuses on play-based learning and structured curriculum implementation in a medium-sized classroom, typically housing 11-20 children. The teacher supports child development through careful observation, lesson preparation, and behavior management while maintaining open communication with parents and collaborating with team members. Professional growth is centered on curriculum design to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor child development and behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Knowledge of child development principles
• Experience in lesson planning and behavior management
• Strong communication and classroom organization skills
• Creative, patient, and able to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in early childhood education
