The Opportunity

Are you ready to turn your passion into a high-octane career? We're looking for a sharp, driven Parts/Counter Sales to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our store operations, keeping our logistics seamless, our inventory accurate, and our riders ready for action.

What You'll Own & Achieve:

• Assist Customers & Technicians: Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts to meet their needs.
• Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver excellent customer service in person at the counter and over the phone.
• Accurate Data & Inventory Management: Accurately enter and manage customer accounts, parts orders, and inventory information in the computer system.
• Stock & Logistics: Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments and inventory shelves.
• Maintain Showroom Displays: Ensure merchandise displays, accessories, and parts retail areas remain clean, fully stocked, and well-organized.
• Order Tracking & Customer Follow-Up: Proactively track special orders, keep customers updated on fulfillment status, and ensure full satisfaction.
• Support Service Department: Fulfill parts requests promptly for service technicians to minimize repair turnaround times and keep job tickets moving efficiently.
• Upsell & Promote Accessories: Recommend complementary riding gear, maintenance products, and popular aftermarket accessories to enhance the customer ride experience.
• Adaptable Team Player: Take on additional duties and operational tasks as assigned by dealership management.

What Brings You to the Team:

• Hands-On Stamina: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving in an active, physical warehouse environment.
• Sharp Eye for Detail: Pride in precision and high-accuracy data entry.
• Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teammates in sync.
• Fast-Paced Drive: A natural sense of urgency and strong multitasking ability.
• Relevant Experience: Background in warehouse operations, shipping/logistics, or inventory software is a strong plus!
• Safety First mindset: Ability to safely navigate active dealership premises, vehicle lots, and showrooms around foot traffic and moving vehicles.
• Loud & Dynamic Environment: Comfort working in loud environments with frequent motorcycle noise, maintaining continuous situational awareness (head on a swivel) around active showroom and warehouse traffic.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premisesincluding indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areaswhile maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Tiered Pay Plan Structure

This role earns commission based on performance tiers determined by kept appointments per pay period.

Performance-Based Monthly Spiffs:

• 40%+ Set Rate & 70%+ Show Rate: $150
• Lead-to-Sold 10%+ (CRM Tracked): $150
• Most Re-Engaged Cold Leads Converted to Shown Appts (Min. 10): $100
• 5-Star Google Review Mentioning Rep: $10 each

Training Pay: $20.00/hour for the first 60 days or regular commission earnings, whichever is greater.
