Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license, valid in Vermont or compact states
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Operating Room setting
• BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in diverse surgical specialties
• Ensure sterile field maintenance and adherence to infection prevention protocols
• Anticipate surgeon and patient needs, supporting optimal outcomes

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Assist in orientation of new team members as needed
