Summary Customer-facing sales role providing personalized skincare and makeup consultations in a luxury department store environment. Delivers exceptional service, demonstrates product knowledge, and helps drive sales and client loyalty. Supports merchandising and maintains a professional presentation of the beauty area. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one consultations and product demonstrations to customers. Recommend products and techniques to meet client needs and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and clienteling activities. Maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure displays are organized and tidy. Process transactions, returns, and assist with inventory tasks as needed. Requirements 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics with ability to demonstrate products. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
