Burg Children's Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Vine Street location. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment and is passionate about creating a positive experience for patients, parents, and team members alike. If you're organized, people-focused, and ready to make a positive impact in a pediatric dental office, we want to hear from you.

Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and organization
- Manage patient scheduling, billing processes, and administrative workflows
- Coordinate and support staff to promote strong team performance
- Supervise administrative functions and maintain operational standards
- Ensure a high level of patient care and exceptional customer service
- Foster a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff
- Serve as a key leader in maintaining office culture and overall practice success
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
- Proven leadership or management experience, ideally in a dental or medical setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Passion for pediatric care and a patient-first mindset
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
