Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and needs. \n

- Facilitate productive individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches. \n
- Provide teletherapy services that enhance accessibility, ensuring clients receive timely support through virtual sessions. \n

- Engage in continuous professional development and training, staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy. \n
You will primarily serve adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. \n
- A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
