Scientific Product Specialist

Aladdin Biochem Deutschland GmbH is the German subsidiary of the internationally active Aladdin Scientific Group. We provide high-end research reagents, with a focus on chemical research reagents, for laboratories, research institutions, universities, and R&D customers. For our site in Büren, Germany, we are looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to support our German and European customers and help build efficient customer service processes for our growing European business. The main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries regarding orders, quotations, delivery status, product availability, after-sales support, and general service requests. The role works closely with the warehouse team, procurement team, logistics partners, and the headquarters in China to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers. The Customer Service Specialist will also support order follow-up, quotation preparation, shipment tracking, customer complaint coordination, internal documentation, and communication between customers and internal teams. As our European operations continue to grow, this role will be important in improving customer satisfaction and supporting smooth daily business operations. Salary: €2,800–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday during daytime, 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position in Büren, Germany.
