Junior Creative Producer Full-time Sacramento, CA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1058 Salary Range: $24.00 To $26.00 Hourly Junior Creative Producer (Design + Digital) Fasteners Inc. Tool Outlet is hiring a Junior Creative Producer to help keep our marketing engine running. This is an entry-level-to-junior role that’s way more than “just graphic design.” You’ll produce clean, accurate creative for promos and events, handle light copy tweaks, and help execute email/SMS campaigns—plus the small but critical coordination that keeps everything on time and correct. You’ll work directly with our Creative Director and Head of Creative Production and be trusted with real output from week one. What you’ll produce Promo graphics for social, email, web, and in-store Simple layout updates for flyers/signage Quick-turn assets for weekly deals, vendor promos, and store events Occasional light motion/video edits (nice-to-have, not required) What you’ll do day-to-day Design production: build and update assets using existing templates/brand standards Light copywriting: captions, product callouts, subject lines, SMS blurbs (short + punchy) Email + SMS execution: build, proof, schedule, and QA campaigns (or learn quickly if you haven’t used these tools yet) Ordering/coordination: submit print requests, work with vendors, track deliverables, keep timelines moving Accuracy + QA: check SKUs, prices, dates, DISCLAIMERS, and placement specs before anything goes live File management: keep projects organized, labeled, and easy to hand off Have strong design fundamentals and can work fast without getting sloppy Enjoy production work and finishing things cleanly (exports, specs, versioning, naming) Can take feedback well and apply it quickly Are organized, reliable, and responsive—this role touches a lot of deliverables Can write basic marketing copy that sounds human and on-brand Requirements Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop + Illustrator required (InDesign strongly preferred) Strong attention to detail (pricing/SKU/date errors matter here) Basic copy skills (short-form marketing copy) Basic understanding of efficient AI prompting Nice to have (not required) Canva familiarity Shopify/web graphic experience Retail/trades/tools industry experience What success looks like in 60–90 days You can turn around promo assets quickly and accurately Your copy needs minimal edits and matches brand tone You can build and QA email/SMS sends with correct links/details You stay organized across multiple small tasks without dropping balls #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolving Solution Services
