Agent Recruiting & Onboarding Support Specialist

The Franklin Team is hiring an Agent Recruiting & Onboarding Support Specialist to build and manage full-cycle recruiting for real estate agents in Houston, based in Katy, TX with an onsite work setup. This role stays active through each agent’s first 30 days , pairing high-touch recruiting follow-up with onboarding orientation, training support, and team enablement. You will manage inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, coordinate regular informational programming, and use data tools to identify strong agent fit. As new agents ramp, you will provide practical support, troubleshoot systems and tools, and help monitor early engagement so retention risks can be addressed early. What you’ll do Follow up on all inbound applications and inquiries (Indeed, team email, social media, and phone) within 24 hours Own full-cycle recruiting: source, qualify, and close new agents through to signing Run outbound prospecting via calls, texts, and DMs to build a consistent candidate pipeline, using FUB and Broker Metrics to identify good-fit agents Host 1 recruiting webinar or info session each week Conduct 1 in-person prospecting meeting each week, plus prospecting lunches as scheduled Strengthen relationships with co-op agents by calling each agent on the weekly co-op list within 1 week of the closing report , thanking them, inviting them to events or CE classes or lunch, and gauging satisfaction with their current brokerage Create and send bi-weekly email campaigns that include calls to action to register for informational sessions, classes, or events, incorporating testimonials and agent videos where available Sponsor and/or attend Champions School of Real Estate classes at least 2 times per month to promote informational sessions Attend networking events where realtors are in attendance (such as builder events and HAR events) at least 2 times per month Produce and post 3 recruiting-focused social media posts each week Lead 1:1 discovery and qualifying conversations with prospective agents Lead onboarding orientation for each new cohort (every 6 weeks ) Serve as backup support to the Director of Agent Success for agent check-ins during each agent’s first 30 days Conduct weekly check-in calls or lunches with each onboarding agent through their first 30 days Troubleshoot systems and tool questions as agents ramp into team processes Flag early disengagement signals to the Director of Agent Success before they become retention risks Ensure all agents, regardless of experience level, complete required Foundations training Maintain recruiting pipeline and cohort tracking data, coordinate cohort logistics and scheduling, and support recruiting messaging alignment with the Director of Agent Success and Foundations program content Call every Indeed applicant within 1 week of applying to invite them to an informational session if they are not already registered via automated email campaign What you bring Active real estate license required (preferred) Prior experience as a practicing real estate agent , able to speak firsthand to production, transactions, and day-to-day agent life DISC profile : high D/I preferred, with an outbound-oriented, persuasive style and resilience to rejection Ability to handle a schedule that includes regular evening and weekend commitments (webinars, info sessions, and prospect availability) in addition to standard business hours Tools you’ll use FUB Broker Metrics Compensation and benefits Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year 401(k) matching Paid time off Work location: In person (Katy, TX). #J-18808-Ljbffr The Franklin Team
