Duties & Responsibilities

• Prospect Sourcing: Formulate and execute creative strategies to identify new potential high-net-worth donors whose philanthropic or ideological interests align with the organization's mission.

• Executive Briefings: Compile comprehensive donor profile briefings and dossiers detailing wealth indicators, historical giving patterns, and background information for leadership ahead of key meetings and events.

• Network Mapping: Analyze complex networks to uncover peer-to-peer connections and map out "warm entry points" between prospective targets and current supporters.
\n
• Database Management: Maintain meticulous data infrastructure within the donor database (CRM) to track leads, manage contacts, analyze giving trends, and identify strategic pipeline gaps.

• Compliance Support: Ensure all prospect research, wealth flags, and relationship linkages are organized, securely managed, and compliant with relevant campaign finance regulations and internal ethical vetting standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
\n
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in political fundraising, non-profit development, investigative journalism, asset management research, or a related highly analytical field.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with wealth screening platforms and public records tools (e.g., LexisNexis, iWave, DonorSearch, Wealth-X) alongside political CRM software (e.g., NGP VAN or Salesforce).
\n
• Analytical Skills: Superb investigative ability to synthesize massive amounts of data from SEC filings, property records, news media, and campaign finance databases into clear, actionable briefs on tight deadlines.

• Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential financial data and personal information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
