Senior Information Technology Engineer

This is a growing technology consultancy trusted by venture capital, private equity, family office, and life sciences organizations to manage and secure their technology environments. They provide end-to-end IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and compliance services, acting as a trusted technology partner to a portfolio of high-growth and highly regulated businesses. Key responsibilities: Provide hands-on IT support across multiple client environments, resolving complex technical issues and acting as a senior escalation point Support cloud, identity, and access management environments across AWS, Google Workspace, Okta, Duo, and MDM platforms Troubleshoot and resolve issues across endpoints, networking, cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and office technology Support cybersecurity initiatives, incident response, vulnerability remediation, security policies, and compliance requirements Assist with the implementation and rollout of new technologies, infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and client onboarding Support endpoint configuration, device deployments, patching, security controls, and hardware lifecycle activities Work directly with client stakeholders and internal teams to diagnose issues and deliver effective technical solutions Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers while contributing to documentation and operational best practices Ideal background: 3+ years in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations Experience within an MSP, managed services, consulting, or multi-site environment Strong knowledge of AWS, Google Workspace, Okta, Duo, Jamf, Intune, or similar platforms Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, and regulated environments Comfortable balancing hands‑on technical work with stakeholder and client engagement This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior IT Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, IT Consultant, or experienced Systems Administrator looking for greater technical ownership and exposure to a broad range of technologies, clients, and industries.
