These positions entail direct employment with the client that offers exceptional work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.Machine Repair Technician Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts) Pay Rate: $65,000/yr. - $70,000/yr.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Machine Repair Technician to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machines operate safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical skills and experience working with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and facility equipmentDiagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issuesPerform preventive maintenance on equipment and machineryRepair motors, belts, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and related componentsTroubleshoot HVAC and building systems as neededRespond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtimeInstall, move, and modify machinery as production needs changeEstimate parts, labor time, and repair requirementsMaintain maintenance logs and documentationFollow all safety, quality, and environmental proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or GEDStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals preferredExperience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attendance and reliabilityPreferred Experience: 2+ years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experienceManufacturing or production environment experienceExperience with PLCs, controls, or automation is a plusBenefits:Full-time opportunityConsistent 4-day work weekOvertime potentialCompetitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for growth and advancementIf you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply for immediate consideration.
