Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to lead core accounting operations for our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical accounting knowledge, a hands-on approach to financial reporting, and the ability to keep month-end activities on track. The selected candidate will oversee critical close processes, maintain accurate financial records, and support sound decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.Responsibilities:• Direct the monthly close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and accounting entries are recorded accurately.• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules that reflect the organization’s performance and financial position.• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve outstanding issues promptly.• Manage day-to-day accounting activity within QuickBooks and help maintain the integrity of financial data.• Supervise accounting workflows and provide guidance to staff to promote accuracy, consistency, and accountability.• Analyze account activity and reporting trends to support leadership with clear financial insight.• Strengthen internal accounting procedures to improve efficiency and support compliance with company standards.• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, answer financial questions, and support operational needs.
