The Role: Family Law Attorney ( Remote)

We are seeking a driven, tech-forward Family Law Attorney to join our team.

In this role, you will own a diverse and sophisticated family law caseload, guiding clients through some of the most pivotal moments of their lives. You will have full strategic autonomy over your cases, backed by top-tier legal technology and a seamless support structure that lets you advocate for clients without the usual big-firm headaches.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead & Strategy: Conduct deep case assessments, develop creative legal strategies, and advise clients on complex domestic relations matters including divorce, custody, and support.
• Advocacy: Draft high-impact pleadings and motions, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and fiercely represent your clients in court.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Credentials: An active law license in good standing in Arizona.
• Family Law Expertise: Substantial, hands-on experience managing divorce, custody, support, and related domestic relations issues from inception to resolution.
