Job Duties Becoming familiar with the residents' treatment goals Carrying out expected interventions Observation and documentation of success Identifying current or suggesting new therapeutic goals which may require attention by the treatment team Job Requirements 3 years experience working with youth in a behavioral setting High School Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Mental Health, or a related field preferred Valid Driver's License Schedule Full Time & On-Call available Compensation and Benefits YCS provides a competitive compensation package.
