Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing new product designs that are both functional and aesthetically appealing. You will work closely with our engineering and marketing teams to ensure that our products meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design concepts

• Conduct research and gather insights on market trends, consumer needs, and competitive products

• Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas

• Develop detailed product specifications and technical drawings for manufacturing

• Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure functionality, safety, and quality

• Make necessary revisions and refinements to designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design and manufacturing techniques

• Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations

• Communicate and present design concepts and progress to team members and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment

• Proficient in 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD

• Strong sketching and prototyping skills

• Knowledge of materials, production processes, and manufacturing techniques

• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and process
