Position Regional Sales Manager Summary A Japanese Manufacturing company is seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth within the assigned territory, managing existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The RSM will work closely with distributors and channel partners to increase market penetration and deliver world‑class technical support to customers. Essential Duties Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the assigned region. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and training to customers and distributors. Collaborative Partnership: Work with distributors, manufacturers, and OEM partners to expand the Company's market presence and drive sales. Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to better understand their needs and present Company's solutions. Industry Representation: Attend and participate in trade shows, networking events, and professional organizations to promote Company's products and services. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Travel: Travel within the assigned territory as required (approximately 50-70%). Working Hours, Working Style 8:30~17:00 Full Remote / Hybrid (Depending on Living state) Working Location HQ ⇒ Lombard IL If living in a different state, once a month visit to the above office is required. Salary/Benefit60K~80K (DOE)

Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation, manufacturing, or related industries. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of clamping, automation, or precision tooling solutions is a plus. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
