Financial Solution Delivery Consultant- Post Acute (Onsite- Overland Park, KS)

Job Summary Responsible for collaborating with clients to configure software solutions in pre‑production and production environments. In this role you will support the implementation of myUnity‑Post Acute homecare and hospice EMR, contribute to clinical documentation, streamline billing processes, and enhance solution functionality across client environments. Responsibilities Prepare and perform system build, testing, and conversion tasks using the implementation methodology. Execute testing and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality. Participate in client meetings and internal team initiatives to improve processes. Identify, report, and track solution status, risks, and issues to clients and project leadership. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalations. Assist clients and project teams in analyzing current department workflows and maintaining client relationships. Navigate complex situations to achieve business objectives and generate documentation for best practices. Required Qualifications Ability to work onsite in OverlandPark, KS. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. At least 1 year of health‑care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting experience. Written and verbal communication skills. Decision‑making skills. Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions. Familiarity with Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long‑term care, senior living, etc.). Experience in a clinical setting such as nursing, hospice care, or therapy. Knowledge of basic accounting principles or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes or implementations. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. General conceptual understanding of AI and automation in consulting or solution delivery (e.g., data‑driven insights, workflow optimization, intelligent automation). Expectations Potential travel up to 20% of the time as needed. Position may require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.
