Occupational Therapy Assistant

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Encompass Health, you will deliver hands-on rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities and ADL training, and carefully document progress. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, patient-centered environment that supports professional growth and meaningful impact on patients’ functional independence.
