Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The Wholesale Product Specialist is expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and handling cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. The Company requires a criminal history review to protect the safety of its customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public. The selected individual will work at Store #8521, located at 9788 Firestone Blvd, Downey, CA 90241, in a full‑time capacity. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Tint and mix products to customer specifications, as needed. Clean store equipment. Assist in making deliveries, as required. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers. Suggest ways to improve sales. Qualifications Have at least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Have prior experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
