- Portfolio showing both fast- paced, cinematic/story- driven social edits and interview/podcast editing (long- form short highlight/reel cuts)
- Hands- on in- house production skills : can operate a camera, audio, and lighting
- Eye- catching, story- driven editing style with strong hooks, pacing, sound design, and color (see ideal examples)
- B2B / technical- content editing experience
- 3-5 years of experience preferred but not required; portfolio quality is crucial.
- Must have basic production skills, fluency in DaVinci Resolve, and strong communication skills.
Hard skills
Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Premiere Pro
