Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Cook menu items with speed and attention to quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative kitchen atmosphere.
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar culinary role.
- Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and cooking methods.
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
