Job Overview Infinity Replacement is our dedicated replacement window and door business, bringing Marvin’s legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying. As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Infinity Replacement at retail locations across Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua. Your mission: engage shoppers, spark conversations, and generate leads for our in-home consultation services. Highlights of your role Travel between Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua—this position requires reliable transportation Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in-home consultation appointments Set up and maintain professional displays Why This Role Stands Out Unlimited earning potential: Hourly wage of $24 per hour plus weekly bonuses. Earn $1,500+ per week with no cap on bonuses. Potential to average $30-$35+ per hour! Multi-location flexibility: Work across three key areas for a dynamic, engaging experience.
