Senior Sourcing Specialist

Seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Sourcing Specialist, this full-time remote position will focus on building and maintaining pipelines of critical Physician and Provider talent while collaborating with recruiters and hiring leaders to execute targeted sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain pipelines of passive Physician and Provider prospects Utilize digital sourcing methods and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates Conduct prospect screening and provide strategic guidance on recruitment participation in career fairs and events Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare talent acquisition sourcing, preferably for Physicians or advanced practice providers Strong expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Demonstrated experience leveraging social media and candidate databases for sourcing Ability to exercise independent judgment and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
