Reconstruction Project Manager / Sales Manager

Location: Palm Beach, FL
Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Commission and Bonuses
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager / Sales Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from the initial estimate through final completion.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands construction, takes ownership of their projects, and knows how to keep customers, crews, subcontractors, and insurance professionals informed throughout the process.

You will manage project quality, schedules, budgets, and profitability while building relationships that generate future business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate through completion
• Evaluate property damage and develop accurate repair and reconstruction scopes
• Prepare estimates, proposals, budgets, schedules, and change orders
• Review mitigation reports and insurance documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, permits, and inspections
• Conduct job-site visits and document project progress
• Monitor project costs, quality, timelines, and profitability
• Communicate with property owners, adjusters, property managers, and referral partners
• Resolve scheduling issues, customer concerns, and job-site challenges
• Identify additional work and business-development opportunities
• Manage final inspections, customer approvals, warranties, and project closeout

What We’re Looking For

• Reconstruction, restoration, remodeling, or construction project management experience
• Experience managing residential and/or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and repair scopes
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
• Ability to manage multiple active projects, schedules, and budgets
• Ability to read plans, estimates, scopes of work, and related documentation
• Strong estimating, negotiation, organization, and customer-service skills
• Confidence building relationships and developing new business
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Xactimate or similar estimating software
• Insurance restoration and claims processes
• Water-damage or property-restoration projects
• Working directly with insurance adjusters and property managers
• Construction or restoration sales and business development

You take ownership, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving. You understand how to balance quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, deadlines, and profitability.

You are comfortable solving problems in the field, holding subcontractors accountable, and developing relationships that lead to additional projects and referrals.
