Traveling Project ManagerWe are currently seeking a Traveling Project Manager in our Building Division. This position would be traveling between Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri. If this sounds like you, please apply!ResponsibilitiesProviding leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnelProject start up, project completion, and entire close-out processDevelops strategy for personnel development & recruitingResponsible for managing contractual issuesEstablishing and maintain customer relationshipsAccurate forecasting of costs for job completionProvide leadership and development to project teamFinal say in the resolution of problemsQuality Assurance and Quality Control plansIdentifies issues to Program Manager as required to ensure the success of the projectReviews and approves preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to completeEnsures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followedCoordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goalsQualifications7+ years of experienceBachelor's degree preferredExperience in managing construction teamsSuccess in client relationshipsSpecific roles may require relocationThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
