Customer Service RepresentativeJoin National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Representative opportunity at NDX Lord's Dental Studio in De Pere, WI.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:Answer phones in a timely mannerProcess outgoing calls in a timely mannerTroubleshoot basic technical issues, including making calls to doctors on time, shade, poor impressions and missing items or informationBuild solid relationships with staff members in customer offices, including participation in local, regional and state dental staff organizationsAnalyze remakes by customer and ensure any issues are resolvedPerform cross-selling and sales callsMagic Touch: delete doctors, update accounts, enter doctor preferences to maintain an accurate databaseSchedule pickups when necessary and check case tracking for individual officesSubmit new doctors to LMSManage and set up new accountsCustomer retentionAll other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Required:Must be able to read, write, speak and understand EnglishMust have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office productsVerbally communicate via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanorVerbally communicate with all levels of staff-maintaining a positive demeanorTakes initiativeListening SkillsAttention to detail and accuracyMinimum Education and Experience Required:Required: High school diploma or equivalentPreferred: Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental environment / customer service experienceHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:General office equipmentPhysical Requirements:Perform tasks at multiple workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of timePush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 poundsRead and interpret prescriptions and other required documentationAbility to effectively communicate technical informationVision capabilities: depth perception, attention to detail, and/or color
