Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Arizona Physical Therapist license required to start.
• Physical Therapist credential verification required to start.
• CPR Basic required to start.
• Completed Orientation Documents required to start.

Assignment Details

• 13 week assignment.
• Shift schedule: 4x8.
• Shift hours: 0000-2400.

Location Highlights

Yuma sits in southwestern Arizona near the Colorado River and the California and Mexico borders, making it a practical base for regional travel and outdoor recreation. Gateway Park and West Wetlands Park offer riverfront access within the city, while Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area is about 30 miles west for off-road adventure. Downtown Yuma features the Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park and the Century House Museum, and the city also has access to Yuma International Airport for regional transit. Outdoor-focused travelers can also reach the Kofa National Wildlife Refuge in roughly 1.5 hours and explore boating, hiking, and desert scenery across the area.
