Responsibilities

Meet with local families and business owners to evaluate their current protection and identify potential gaps.

Design custom insurance solutions that provide actual peace of mind rather than just a policy.

Educate clients on the complexities of their coverage so they feel confident in their decisions.

Manage ongoing renewals and mid-term changes with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Participate in local community events to build awareness and share our unique approach to insurance.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to ensure timely processing and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.

Solid understanding of risk assessment and coverage types.

Clear, empathetic communication style, both on the phone and in person.

Strong organizational skills for managing client files and deadlines.

Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Previous experience in a client-facing consulting role is highly valued.
