Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine therapeutic needs.Develop individualized treatment plans to achieve patient-centered goals.Implement therapeutic exercises and functional training.Facilitate patient and family education on therapeutic strategies and exercises.Document patient progress and treatment plans using Meditech Expanse.Participate in weekend rotation as per facility requirements. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Florida.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) preferred.Proficient with typical inpatient rehabilitation gym equipment.Familiarity with Meditech (Expanse) documentation system.Strong communication skills and ability to function well independently.
