Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Active Registered Nurse License Certifications: Relevant certifications preferred Must-Have: Strong eye care skills. Experience with more than just cataract surgery, scleral buckle, vitrectomy, and retinal detachment. Scrubbing experience is a big bonus. Description: Operating Room Nurse needed for immediate start. Candidates must possess strong eye care skills. Experience should include more than just cataract surgery, but also scleral buckle, vitrectomy, and retinal detachment. Scrubbing ability is highly desirable. The operating room features 26 spacious high-tech suites. Both inpatient and outpatient procedures are performed in these operating rooms. Care is provided to patients of all ages, including neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Services offered include ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery. On-call requirements apply. Shifts may include both day and night options.
