System Engineer II

System Reliability Engineer

System Reliability Engineer for the Collaboration and Productivity organization. The position will work to support the portfolio of Collaboration tools within the T-Mobile environment including Dialpad, Cisco Webex, O365, Zoom. Customer focus is a must.

Enterprise Core Competencies

Requires expertise in Collaboration and voice solutions with customer focus, strategic thinking, operational support, Dialpad, Webex, Slack, O365 and familiarity with various voice technologies. Familiarity with Apple, and Windows Laptop configurations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Tier3 engineer partner with T-Mobile for Business in support of Dialpad deployment
• Tier3 engineer for audio and video support issues
• Partner with vendor teams in support of Dialpad, Slack, Webex services, and voice services
• Enhance video/ voice reporting and monitoring tools
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to analyze and determine root cause on customer issues
• Collaborate/Partner with other teams including T-Mobile for Business, corporate communications, Product and Technology communications

Qualifications Minimum Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience with telecommunications software. Dialpad experience required.
• Minimum 3 years working in an IT capacity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related experience a plus.

License or Certification (None) Travel (None)

An understanding of VOIP services is critical.

Candidate will support the Collaboration and Productivity services team as well as T-Mobile for Business.
