This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process. At Opal, we emphasize professional development, providing you with the tools and training necessary to excel in your role while contributing to our mission of promoting effective and ethical behavior analysis.
Location: 650 North 870 W Suites 101-104, Logan, Utah 84321
Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000 (hourly pay, not salary)
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
- Collect data on client behaviors and progress
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
- Communicate with families about their child's progress and strategies
- Assist in developing educational materials and resources
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
