Regional Manager

This position oversees the daily operation and sales operations of their assigned locations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares business forecast, plans and strategies.
• Determines labor needs to meet goals and customer needs; hires new employees.
• Provides guidance and direction to employees to assist in their professional development.
• Acts as representative for community and public relations activities.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive with assigned staff.
• Handles discipline/termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance to ensure successful operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
