Want to be the face and advocate of our organization’s Primary Care clinic? Well look no further for this exciting opportunity to join Davis Street Community Center as our Chief Medical Officer. Davis Street Community Center helps low-income families of San Leandro and surrounding communities at our Primary Care Clinic providing medical, dental and behavioral health services to adults and children. Responsibilities Provide leadership for clinic services including medical, dental, and behavioral health. Manage clinic Directors and Administrative support. Represent Davis Street and build new partnerships throughout the community. Work in coordination with the CEO and CFO in budget planning and implementation. Initiate and guide new programs and services to meet the needs of our patients Attend internal and external meetings as needed. Requirements Graduate from an accredited school of Medicine with a MD or DO degree Current California Physician license and DEA license 5 years management/leadership experience within the healthcare industry, FQHC experience a plus Experience leading clinic leadership teams toward successful outcomes Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients Sensitivity to and experience working with diverse racial/ethnic communities Commitment to the mission and values of Davis Street Ineligible Compensation Salary based on qualifications and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
