LVN Charge Nurse

Belmont Village Lakeway seeks an LVN Charge Nurse to provide resident-centered clinical care in our assisted living and memory care community in Lakeway, TX. The LVN Charge Nurse coordinates and delivers medication administration, treatments, assessments, and documentation while supervising caregivers to ensure safe, high-quality care. This role collaborates with RNs, physicians, and families, supports care plans, and responds promptly to changes in condition. The LVN Charge Nurse promotes residents’ dignity, safety, and comfort, mentors team members, follows regulatory and infection control standards, and participates in training to support professional growth.
