Most of our Team Leaders earn an average of $20-$24 per hour , paid weekly.Our Partners earn an average of $17-$19 per hour. If you’re a Team Lead: Manage the team’s schedule and driver safety Maintain the company car – notify staff is there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.) Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
