Talent Acquisition SpecialistBase Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Location: Scottsdale, AZ Workplace Setting: OnsitePosition Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions within 10X Health, including clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. This individual will support hiring efforts by building and managing candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience from initial outreach through offer. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple open roles.
